Double usernames are not allowed. If we notice an affiliate using his or her information or someone else information or when you keep signing up with different information such an account will be removed from our affiliate program.
Ensure you fill in your correct information on the signup platform.
Kindly note that we do a thorough check to prevent any form of fraudulent reference or signup.
LIMITS ON LIABILITY
To ensure we provide the best service, we work hard to ensure we provide you with the best Products we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses them.
However, you should kindly note that our products are provided "as is," and we make no assurances that they always will be secure, safe, or error-free. We also make no guarantee that they will function without disturbances, delays, or imperfections.

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND POLICY
This policy covers for those who will be using Minezeal for commercial purposes. For a better explanation, this policy covers but it is not limited to buying of advert, selling products, managing a group or Page for a business, or using our measurement services.
By using this service, you agree that you obey or follow the rules and regulations for this service.
Also, you agree that any third party whom you have assigned to carry out this service on your behalf is governed by this service. You should also ensure they stick by the rules and regulations of this service.
For Affiliates, we pay $0.10 per sign up and we only pay this amount when the amount reach $20.
Before payment can be made, you must sign up and verify your emails and design profiles before we can pay.

If anyone brings a claim, cause of action, or dispute against us related to your services, actions, content or information on our Products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind. This also includes reasonable legal fees and costs that are linked to any such claim, cause of action, or dispute.
ADVERTISING POLICY
This covers the kind of advert that is acceptable on Minezeal and the unacceptable ones.
Before your advert can be approved on our platform, it will be reviewed by us under 24 hours. Although, it can take a longer time in some cases.

Discriminatory adverts
Your advert must not discriminate or encourage discrimination against people based on personal attributes such as ethnicity, race, national origin, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, and disability, medical or genetic condition.
Illegal service and products
Ads must not create, promote illegal products, services or activities. Ads that are targeted to minors must not promote products, services, or content that are illegal, or unsafe, or that exploit, mislead or exert undue pressure on the age groups targeted.
Tobacco products and drug-related products
Any advert that promotes tobacco products or tobacco-related products is highly prohibited on our platform. Also, drug-related products are not allowed on our platform.
Weapons and ammunition
Ads must not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives. This includes ads for weapon modification accessories.
Adult Products or Services and Adult content
Ads must not promote the sale or use of adult products or services, except for ads for family planning and contraception. Ads for contraceptives must focus on the contraceptive features of the product, and not on sexual pleasure or sexual enhancement, and must be targeted to people 18 years or older.
Ads must not contain adult content. This includes nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative.
Ads that imply the ability to meet someone, connect with them or view content created by them must not be positioned in a sexual way or with an intent to sexualize the person featured in the ad.
Third-Party Infringement
Ads must not contain content that infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. To report content that you feel may infringe upon or violate your rights.
Sensational Content
Ads must not contain shocking, sensational, disrespectful or excessively violent content.
Misinformation
Facebook prohibits ads that include claims debunked by third-party fact-checkers or, in certain circumstances, claims debunked by organizations with particular expertise. Advertisers that repeatedly post information deemed to be false may have restrictions placed on their ability to advertise on Minezeal.
Controversial Content
Ads must not contain content that exploits controversial political or social issues for commercial purposes.
Non-Functional Landing Page
Ads must not direct people to non-functional landing pages. This includes landing page content that interferes with a person’s ability to navigate away from the page.
Cheating and Deceitful Practices
Ads may not promote products or services that are designed to enable a user to engage in cheating or deceitful practices.
Grammar
Ads must not contain bad grammar and punctuation. Symbols, numbers, and letters must be used properly without the intention of circumventing our ad review process or other enforcement systems.
Deceitful Health-related products
Ads must not contain "before-and-after" images or images that contain unexpected or unlikely results. Ad content must not imply or attempt to generate negative self-perception to promote diet, weight loss, or other health-related products.
Payday Loans, Paycheck Advances, and Bail Bonds
Ads may not promote payday loans, paycheck advances, bail bonds, or any short-term loans intended to cover someone's expenses until their next payday. Short term loan refers to a loan of 90 days or less.
Multilevel Marketing
Ads promoting income opportunities must fully describe the associated product or business model, and must not promote business models offering quick compensation for little investment, including multilevel marketing opportunities.

Ads must not promote the sale of human body parts or fluids.
Usernames and passwords
Ads must not request usernames or passwords, including usernames and passwords for existing and new accounts, without our prior permission.
Political Affiliation
Ads must not request information regarding political affiliation.

This covers for sharing of any content that contains music.
